Day 1 - BLUES DANCE - Thurday, September 21, 2023 - 7-10pm
Blues People musically explores the effects of the blues on modern American culture on many universal levels... and is a modern chronicle of four "real-life blues brothers" living in THIS time in America... while surviving the NY/NJ-Metro urban landscape. Having released two promotional singles in 2022 ("The Skin I'm In" and "Troubled Times"), the band is busy in the studio finishing up their much-anticipated 2023 debut album "Troubled Times".
DAY 2 - Friday, September 22, 2023 7-9pm in partnership WITH JALOPY THEATER
BLUES for ALL SEASONS and ALL REASONS
The Captain completed a three-nation European tour, performed at the Debrecen Jazz Festival outside of Budapest, and from Paris participated in a US Embassy tour in Lusaka, Zambia. The Captain was again commissioned by the US State Dept., this time to perform at the W.E.B. Dubois Center in Ghana, in honor of the Inauguration of President Barack Obama
This night’s event is in partnership with the Jalopy Theatre and Music School. This event will be live and streamed to the public. Ticket price
